Service and Maintenance of Tennis Courts

Hard Courts

Our maintenance programme for hard tennis courts is as follows:

Macadam tennis court prior to cleaning
Cleaning in process.
Wide view of the amount of dirt that is removed from a relatively clean looking hard court.
Close view of the amount of dirt that is removed from a relatively clean looking hard court.
  • The court to be pressure washed to remove dirt and other vegetation.

  • Check court surface for minor holes and repair.

  • The winding mechanism of the tennis net posts to be checked and greased.

  • Apply a weed and mosskiller.

  • Fencing will be checked for any damage.

  • A detailed report on the condition of your tennis court with any recommendations and expected costs.

We recommend that all courts should be treated with a solution of weed and mosskiller once or twice per year. The latter being necessary where courts are shaded by trees. We would stress that the application of weed and mosskiller does not imply that there will be no further growth, only that it is inhibited as far as possible.

If you require more information, or would like to discuss our maintenance programme, please do not hesitate to contact us.
